Scheduling your Tweets and Facebook page updates.
So you have spent quite a lot of time and money on building your userbase - twitter followers and facebook fans. But what next? You need to engage your listeners. You need to send out informative tweets and updates to keep your followers interested in your account. But in today's world of hectic schedule, it is difficult to always squeeze out enough time to send your tweets timely. In order to solve this problem, LetUsFollow has brought this feature which enables you to schedule your tweets and facebook page updates for future delivery. Few important reasons why automating your tweets is necesarry:-
1. Reaching people in other continents
If you only have a local audience then time-zones may not be of concern. But if your business reaches out to people around the world then scheduling messages to fall into peoples streams at times they are likely to be online is the only practical solution. Living in India, I have many followers in the US and Europe. Europe isn’t much of an issue, tweeting after lunch-time catch Europe based followers in the morning. But the US does pose a problem, with Newyork 9 hours behind, I would be difficult to catch up with these guys everyday. This is where scheduling my tweets an facebook updates comes handy. I am sure most of social media experts face the same issue.
2. Scheduling for events, parties or meetings
If you run any kind of events scheduling can be beneficial with forward planning. Scheduled Tweets and Facebook updates are used frequently by those who broadcast live online, on the radio or TV. Simply schedule your tweets and updates and your followers will know when you are going live. Thus scheduling not only helps maximise your audience but also ensures you don’t let followers down by forgetting to notify them. Moreover scheduled tweets can be used to remind your teams members, guests and followers about the event.
3. Stop spamming your followers
If you tweet a lot or send frequent facebook page updates, you can risk aggravating your Twitter followers and facebook fans which might lead to them unfollowing you. The benefit of scheduling is that you ensure that you take part in the conversation and don’t turn into a Tweeting robot.
4. Plan out our retweets
If you are re-tweeting other people's content on a specific subject, scheduling can help others keep up, spreading the information throughout the day. Scheduling the re-tweets ensures that the news is kept fresh and spread.
5. Give your followers a personal feeling
Schedule the birthday wishes, anniversary wishes or best of luck messages for your followers and show then that your care for them. You might win the heart of that special one in doing so.
