Terms of Service
LetUsFollow is a community which offers service to those that want to grow their reach on Twitter and Facebook. We ask that you use the service fairly. This agreement (the Terms) applies between you, the User of the Web Site and LetUsFollow, the owner of the Web Site. You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Account means collectively the personal information and credentials used by Users to access material and / or any communications System on LetUsFollow;
Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of LetUsFollow;
Cookie means a small text file placed on your computer by LetUsFollow when you visit certain parts of the Web Site. This allows us to identify recurring visitors and to analyse their browsing habits within LetUsFollow.
Data means collectively all information that you submit to the Web Site. This includes, but is not limited to, Account details and information submitted using any of our Services or Systems;
LetUsFollow means the Web Site
Service / Services means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that LetUsFollow makes available through the website either now or in the future;
System means any online communications infrastructure that LetUsFillow makes available through LetUsFillow either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;
User / Users means any third party that accesses LetUsFillow and is not employed by LetUsFillow and acting in the course of their employment;
Web Site means the website that you are currently using (letusfollow.com) and any sub-domains of this site.
Basic Terms
We have built a system that creates an incentive for people to follow and like each other. We will not accept any abuse of the Service and will suspend an Account found to be doing so. We track certain events, such as aggressive follower churning, and will suspend an Account if we suspect foul-play.
We offer no guarantees as to how many people will follow you through this Service. We also cannot guarantee how long they will follow you for. We ask that when you follow someone you manually check them out and decide if they are someone you find interesting. That is the spirit in which this site has been built. This creates a healthy System for finding interesting new people to follow, and gives you time to see whether their tweets are interesting to you.
Any accounts that are suspended by Twitter or Facebook will not be allowed to use the site. We abide by Twitter's and Facebook's terms of service and we expect our members to do as well. We must point out however that we are in no way affiliated with Twitter or Facebook. We simply connect to their API. We have taken great care to observe their security best practices and use OAuth to authenticate with them.
We don't charge for the Service, although you may purchase extra credits if you wish. We use the credit mechanism to create an incentive for people to follow each other. We reserve the right to make changes to the credit mechanism as and when required.
Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use the Web Site only with the supervision of an Adult.
Intellectual Property
All Content included on the Web Site, unless uploaded by Users or hosted on another domain, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations,page layout, underlying code and software is the property of WebAppNiche, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable Indian and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so.
Links to Other Web Sites
The Web Site may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of LetUsFollow or that of our affiliates. We take no responsibility for the content of such web sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on the Web Site does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
Use of Communications Facilities
When using the contact form or any other System on the Web Site you should do so in accordance with the following rules:
You must not use obscene or vulgar language;
You must not submit Content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;
You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
It is advised that submissions are made using the English language as we may be unable to respond to enquiries submitted in any other languages;
The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these terms of use or any applicable laws;
You must not impersonate other people;
You must not use our System for unauthorised mass-communication such as spam or junk mail.
You acknowledge that WebAppNiche reserves the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our System.
Accounts
In order to procure Services on LetUsFollow, you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details which may vary based upon your use of the Web Site. It is recommended that you do not share your Account details. LetUsFollow takes no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
By continuing to use LetUsFollow you represent and warrant that:
All information you submit is accurate and truthful;
You have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
You will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty. All payment information is handled by PayPal.
If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact LetUsFollow immediately to suspend your Account.
Termination and Cancellation
Either WebappNiche or you may terminate your Account. We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons or communicating to you.
WebAppNiche reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing Services provision.
If orders or payments are cancelled for any reason prior to commencement of Services provision you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your Account any non-completed orders or payments will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those orders.
Privacy

Disclaimers
WebAppNiche makes no warranty or representation that the Web Site will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services.
No part of the Web Site is intended to constitute advice and the Content of the Web Site should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
No part of the Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
WebAppNiche reserves the right to change the Web Site, its Content or these Terms at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms from the first time you use the Web Site following the changes. If LetUsFollow is required to make any changes to the Terms by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
Availability of the Web Site
The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
LetUsFollow accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Web Site resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipments failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetUsFollow accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Web Site or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Web Site and its Content at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts LetUsFollow's liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of LetUsFollow.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts LetUsFollow’s liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect provision of Services or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the Web Site.
No Waiver
In the event that any party to these Terms fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
Previous Terms
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the relationship between you and LetUsFollow shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India.
